Prebooking & Deposit Information

Before you make your appointment

We are proud to uphold extremely high levels of health and safety, as such we have strict policy for booking in people for a tattoo, please ensure you have read our checklist thoroughly before booking - if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.


Please note that we are not medical professionals and if you have a pre-existing medical condition we may ask that you consult with your doctor prior to getting a tattoo.


Pre-Booking Checklist


  • We cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • If you have a medical condition please let us know before booking - you may need to consult with your doctor before we can book you in
  • The studio is an 18+ environment, please do not bring your children to your appointment for their safety
  • Avoid sunbeds/sunbathing prior to your appointment
  • If your skin is damaged, or healing from other injuries, please consider waiting for it to heal prior to booking
  • Avoid intoxicants before you appointment - drugs and alcohol can thin your blood and impede the bodies ability to heal
  • Eat well and hydrate before your appointment
  • Rest and sleep well before your appointment
  • We take non-refundable deposits

DEPOSITS

We are all self employed tattooists and piercers, cancellations are costly. As such we secure bookings and custom commissions of artwork with deposits.

Deposits are non-refundable.


If you are able to give more than 48hours notice we can transfer your deposit to secure a new appointment. 


If you reschedule your appointment more than twice you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will need to be paid to secure a further appointment.

The third rescheduled appointment will be booked with a minimum deposit of 50% (up to 100%) of the service.

The maximum number of times we will reschedule an appointment is three.


We create a safe and nurturing environment for our clients and expect that the same is reciprocated by our clients. We maintain the right to refuse service at anytime if you are making any of the team, other people at the studio, feel uncomfortable. Deposits are non-refundable if service is refused.


We ensure that our clients are made aware of our pre-booking checklist before taking any deposits. If you attend on your appointment and it's apparent that you have not adhered to the pre-booking checklist e.g. you attend intoxicated (under the influence of drugs/alcohol) - we would be unable to fulfil the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in this instance.


When booking appointments we are careful to allocate sufficient time to each client. If you are more than 15minutes late to your appointment - your slot may be lost. Deposits are non-refundable in this instance.


In the event that you would like custom artwork we would need to take a deposit on account for commencing custom artwork designs - in the event that you book in for the tattoo with us, the deposit will be used to secure your appointment and used against your commissioned piece if you attend your appointment.

AFTERCARE

We uphold excellent health and safety procedures at our Studio, once you leave the studio the care of your new tattoo or piercing is in your hands. We can only provide you with advice on aftercare, it is your responsibility to follow that advice.
